Modular Coldrooms
The Polysec Modular Coldroom System has been developed with the aim of providing maximum versatility of coldroom size and configuration whilst maintaining all the advantages of clean modular construction techniques.
Systems details:
The basis of the system is 100mm dimensional modules. This means that we manufacture as standard a room size every 100mm, thereby making optimum use of valuable site space utilizing a locking corner system reducing site build time. Three external heights are available as standard, 2.150, 2.350 and 2.550 meters. However, because we manufacture in-house, we are able to produce a room to the specific height you require. Insulation is highly efficient injected polyurethane, 75 or 100mm thick.
Compartments:
Multi-compartment rooms with partitions and doors located to customer specification aid in satisfying particular site requirements. Doors may be hinged or sliding with or without trace heaters to suit the application.
Floors:
These are designed for maximum commercial durability whilst paying due regard to hygiene considerations. A comprehensive range of floor finishes including standard smooth 2mm smooth galvanised steel, aluminium shallow five bar tread plate, “Altro” safety flooring and heavy duty granolithic concrete for extra high loading are just a small selection.
Fittings:
Many different types and styles of internal fittings are available from traditional butchers overhead and wall hanging rails, functional epoxy coated wire racking, including heavy duty anodised aluminium and stainless steel wire racking.
External features:
External weather-proof roofing systems and coloured exterior grade sheeting are combined to produce a truly flexible modular coldroom system which can be easily tailored to suit your particular needs. Polysec has the complete solution.
